Pastoral Staff

Mike D. Hollis, Lead Pastor

Pastor Mike and Megan Hollis have served Good Springs since 2020. They reside in Pleasant View with their son, Maddux. Mike loves shepherding the saints at Good Springs and preaching the Bible expositionally.

Mike holds an undergraduate degree in theological studies and pastoral ministry and two graduate degrees (M.A. and M.Div) from Welch College. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Applied Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

He enjoys quality time with his family, savoring a good cup of coffee, coaching middle school baseball, blogging and podcasting for Everyday Theology, and serving in a variety of roles within the Free Will Baptist denomination.

Jacob Lute, Associate Pastor of Worship and Discipleship

Pastor Jacob and Whitney Lute have served Good Springs since 2021. They live in Goodlettsville, Tennessee with their son, Lawrie.

Jacob enjoys equipping God’s people for ministry, especially as they teach and admonish one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in their hearts to God (Col. 3:16).

Jacob holds an undergraduate degree in music performance and theological studies as well as a masters degree in theology and ministry from Welch College. He also holds a masters degree in music education from the University of Florida.

Jackson Houske, Associate Pastor of Children and Youth

Pastor Jackson and Heather Houske have served Good Springs since 2025. They live in Gallatin, Tennessee.

As associate pastor, Jackson coordinates children and youth discipleship initiatives and activities. He holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Welch College with an emphasis in youth and family ministry. 

Church Staff

Paulette Fuqua, Administrative Assistant

Paulette Fuqua is a longtime member of Good Springs Church and has faithfully served as the Administrative Assistant since 2018. She assists the pastoral staff with a variety of weekly ministry tasks, organizes the church calendar, facilitates our communication efforts, and oversees the Church Office.

Paulette is married to Charlie Fuqua, and has two loving dogs.
